DADWA on one hand is in favor of regularisation of adhoc doctors, and conducting workshop but some of its members have approached court against regularization. I understand their apprehantion of seniority but are they not oposing regularization? Is it not contradictory stand of DADWA?

It is a pity that some contract doctors think all some regular doctors are opposing the regularisation of their contract colleague for the reasons known only to them. However these regular doctors never never impress upon the govt. that they could run the services without the contract doctors. Nor do they oppose when govt. keeps on recruiting more and more contract doctors.

I happened to attend the DADWA's workshop on 25-3-12 for contractual doctors and was impressed with the quality of the presentations and sincerity with which it was organized. It is a pity that several of my colleagues did not turn up and missed.
DADWA should keep up such activities that benefit hundreds of doctors like me who continue struggle to find job security despite working for a decade.
I appeal to all regular doctors not to oppose our regularization.
